I had insomnia last night, so I got up around 4:30 and decided I could either watch infomercials or try to score a Wii. None of the Walmarts were selling despite having them in the circular when I called. So I schlepped out to Target around 7:20 and was told they just handed out vouchers and that all were taken. I walked on down to Circuit City (since I did not want to buy the TRU bundle) and saw that they had 15 Wii's with only maybe 7 people there. I had a T-shirt, undershirt, and coat on and it was 16 degrees out and said ****** it and stood in line. They ended up having 3 60 GB and 3 20 GB PS3's too. Scored a Wii, wiimote, and a nunchuck. So it was a good run and only had to stand outside for about 2 hours plus the half hour we stood in the vestibule.

Ok this is scary.

Our goal was Target at 8, Toysrus at 9, and circuit city at 10. Circuit City had told me they had 10, and i drove by there at 7:30 and saw 8 people in line. So I hopped in line while my wife drove to target... obviuosly too late there... then someone came to stand in line for a PS3 and told us that Toysrus opened 1 hour early and had tons of wiis, so my wife went over and picked up one from there. I abandoned my place in line after that because this one didnt have any extra remotes...

Just curious which CC you went to. I was at the one in Racine, WI

Playing tennis my roommates wii moot slipped out of my hand and broke the safety starp in the process is there any way to get it replaced? The wii moot hit the wall and still works fine.

I beat that one after about 10 tries... on the other hand 7-5 beat the crap out of me. I'm at stage 8 on the boos now.

Is that one of the lava ones with the rotating platforms? Yeah, that one took me an hour.
World 8 was cake after that crap.

In our circular, they only advertised the Wii bundled with a cover for the wiimote and a copy of Marvel Ultimate Alliance.

Yeah I have them on both my remotes and worth every penny.

Likes:
1. Nice nice grip to it, no slip at all. Sweaty hands are not an issue.
2. They really look nice too.
3. If you have young family and miss a kid with messy hands, it's easier to clean the glove and not a whole remote.

Dislikes:
1. It smells REALLY bad when you take it out of the package. Smell goes away after a day. But I find that very weird.
2. You have to remove the glove it to change the battery
3. The holes around the buttons are not indented, so it's 'harder' to push them down. It will feel weird using it for a day or two going from normal remote, but now I have zero trouble and it works fine.

I suggest picking them up, totally worth it.

Finally got one!!
Got up at 7AM went to Toys'R'Us at about 7:30. They passed out vouchers about 5mins later. I was 34th in line out of 30 . Went to circuit city and there were 5 ppl in front of me, 14 wiis. Pased out vouchers about 45mins later. I got a wii voucher, my sister in line w/ me got a PS3 one (Xmas gift for someone else). Came back at 9:45 and bought 2x extra remotes, 1 extra nunchuck, and a few games. Very very happy!

Well, I am now a Tennis pro (1004) after an hour or so of play time. But playing a 1200 skill pro is insane, I can win maybe 70% of the time.

And i lost my shoulder )

Rayman Raving Rabbids is hilarious but i'm kinda disappointed. Its really just a bunch of mini games, some of which are really hard.

I thought there'd be a little more to it. i don't know if i'd say its worth the $50 i paid for it.
