Weird, Im a 500 tennis player but Im going against 1500 pros. It's absolutely ridiculous!

That happens to me in boxing sometimes, I'm at 900 right now and facing 1200-1300 rated pros. Not exactly fun and its why I cant get pro rating in boxing

Yeah I have them on both my remotes and worth every penny.

Likes:
1. Nice nice grip to it, no slip at all. Sweaty hands are not an issue.
2. They really look nice too.
3. If you have young family and miss a kid with messy hands, it's easier to clean the glove and not a whole remote.

Dislikes:
1. It smells REALLY bad when you take it out of the package. Smell goes away after a day. But I find that very weird.
2. You have to remove the glove it to change the battery
3. The holes around the buttons are not indented, so it's 'harder' to push them down. It will feel weird using it for a day or two going from normal remote, but now I have zero trouble and it works fine.

I suggest picking them up, totally worth it.

I think I will. I saw a package that had a Wii stand with compartments to hold each Wii Remote, plus two of the controller gloves for $25 at Target. If I could find that same thing for $15-20 I'd probably buy it. Well, I'll probably buy it anyway, but I wish it cost $15-20.

I had insomnia last night, so I got up around 4:30 and decided I could either watch infomercials or try to score a Wii. None of the Walmarts were selling despite having them in the circular when I called. So I schlepped out to Target around 7:20 and was told they just handed out vouchers and that all were taken. In our circular, they only advertised the Wii bundled with a cover for the wiimote and a copy of Marvel Ultimate Alliance.

Yeah, that's all that was advertised here too. But in the store, you had the choice of three games, ultimate alliance, call of duty, or tony hawk. You could also just do what I did and tell them I didn't want the bundle.

despite what the reviews say, i really do not like it. Maybe I just need to get used to using the wiimote with it more, but the controls are very un-intuitive. I end up just pressing the big A button during the whole game.

Yeah, WTF. I got there around 7:30 not expecting there to not be many people at all. About 50 people in line and only 18 tickets. Retarded.

ummm... profiteers? How do you know they aren't just gamers who want the system? The demand to actually have the Wii, not resell it, is pretty impressive. Flipping it doesn't really gain much profit either.

I'm about to go nunchuck hunting though... wish me luck (i realize it's too late .. heh)

My walmart has a FULL stock of controllers/nunchucks. Have had them for over a week. they put up a note this weekend that said on Dec. 6 they would have some Wii's available at 8:00 am, I am debating whether I should send my brother out to get me one or not.......

My brother already has one, and I have been playing it some when he comes over. I just don't know if it's the right time for me to buy one yet. Theres only a few games that interest me..

I have Red Steel, Zelda, Monkey Ball, Trauma Center, and Wii Sports, and I think every game is awesome in it's own right (monkey ball, isn't that great I'll admit, but it's damn hard)

Every Monday starting Dec. 4, Nintendo will add classic games to the popular new Wii? video game console's Wii Shop Channel. Four games will be added at 9 a.m. Pacific time on Dec. 4. Wii owners with a high-speed Internet connection can redeem Wii Points to download the games.

I beat that one after about 10 tries... on the other hand 7-5 beat the crap out of me. I'm at stage 8 on the boos now.

Something about that second corkscrew just screwed me up. Its like towards the beginning, you have to tilt one way, and then as it goes downhill, slow down and tilt the other way.

The problem was, you'd have to go through that first corkscrew first every time, which was a total pain in the ass. I havent played it much, but 7-5 seems like a walk in the park compared to it.

I just took it really slow... Another one that was a pain was in the 8th world. It has the oranges rolling down, I finally figured out I could jump off the side and land in the track the oranges were in. I'm at the boos now.

What is nintendo trying to pull? $5 for mario bros, $10 for mario 64?? They already made their money on the software development of these games and their consoles, why try to fleece us additionally?

This would be a fun and novel thing when added to the wii if they werent trying to charge way too much.
