Also everyone should keep in mind this ruling came from the Court of International Trade. And the make up of the judges on this ruling is also significant. One is a Reagan appointee. One is an Obama appointee. One is a Trump appointee. 3-0 decision against Trump.
Plus the law is pretty clear cut, it would take a Herculean task to wiggle out of the ruling that was just decided. From what I hear it is airtight, written so that the Supreme Court can’t dismiss the merits.
How long till Trump ignores the court or the Supremes over rule the court or congress passes a law that says Trump can take tariff power away from them?
If the first 100 days have taught me anything, its that the system is broke and doesn't know how to heal itself.
