So, maybe I'm not looking hard enough, but what exactly are these "good parts" he's talking about? He should actually bring up points to back up his statements. "good = me" "bad = Biden" isn't sufficient. But this man took credit for the stock market when Biden was in office, so I guess I expect too much for himto understand how anything works.

And the bad parts now are due to the tariffs, which are 100% his doing.
He doesn’t need to that’s why. The press is far, far, far too concerned about being unfair so they let shit like that pass.

Sorry Joseph but you voted for it:

Really, these Trump posts feel like something from the Onion. They just seem like someone making fun of how unhinged from reality he is.

But this was one area I proposed other countries hit back against was all kinds of US digital services.

Tax Netflix, and all the other US streaming services, tax the advertising services of Google/Meta/X-Twit.

These are NOT essential to any other countries income, and that would tank the big US tech stocks, with no pain for retaliating countries.

Trying to decide if movie tariffs or reopening Alcatraz is crazier. Economically the movie thing of course but practically speaking Alcatraz is certifiably nuts.

If you need an APC and a convoy of 16 support vehicles to arrest someone, you obviously need an ancient run down dungeon prison to put them in.

From the dungeon: "What are you in for?" ... "I looked at some poster JPEGs on my computer..."

A perfect example of Americans not knowing why their country is so rich.

They've got an industry where you go into a cinema in almost any country in the world, and most of the products on offer are from America, and they want to start a trade war on that. It'd be like them tariffing carbonated drinks.

You've already won!

You can literally only harm yourselves at this point!

He’s treating his presidency like a tv show, wanting to be the center of attention, every single day. Just blow shit up with explosives for more attention!

Funny thing about that.. when I was visiting India in my travels.. I couldn't find Coke.. but they had something called "Thumbs Up"

Not bad btw. I asked them why I couldn't find Coke.. they said after they became friends with Russia due to America supporting their enemy Pakistan.. they put a trade embargo on American carbonated drinks.. so no Coke!

Dunno if its still there or not.. I haven't been back to India in umm 17 years now!

Interesting. I gave up my life long addiction to drinking sugary carbonated soft drinks (Coca-Cola) with meals about 2.5 years ago in favor of sparkling / carbonated water. It was surprisingly easy and I actually look forward to drinking them with my meals now. Coke just tastes flat and yuck by comparison now.

Once you get used to drinking water.. it actually tastes sweet and coke bitter/ salty.

Your tastes re-calibrate over time.

I guess your body puts a tariff on the sugary sodas over time!

I have always drank water when thirsty, but I had this thing where I just had to have coke with my mid-day and evening meals, EVERY mid-day and evening meal. Its like my food didnt taste right without it, and if I drank anything else with my meal I would be grumpy about it, lol. Turns out, it was the carbonation/tingly sensation that I craved, not the sugar/sweetness.

That might just be a you thing, I haven't regularly had soda in years, I mostly drink water, and I would not describe it as "sweet" in any way. Soda does still taste very sugary.

Must be the NYC water thing or why NYC pizza tastes the way it does.. our water is naturally sweet.

And I've had water taste vastly different elsewhere.. so you do have a point!

I just take NYC water for granted!

This one is not about money or the economy. Trump wants media made in the US where he can use the power of the federal government to control the content. He is upset about how much of the media is putting out anti-authoritarian stories.
