doesnt this game have dynamic content multiple choices?
i dont know why people keep saying there is xx number of hours
a game like this you could play for thousands of hours if you want no?
i see people with 1600 hours on skyrim without gameplay mods
No. You clear the question marks and contracts and other bits around the map, the end. There is a point where everything stops and you must focus on the main quest (Like II) unsure if you return to the world after (I doubt it).
Sure there are alternate choices and all that, but the meat of the game beyond the story, once its done its done. I also can't see people having issues with gold - I have 20K and just under 50hrs. Negotiate on contracts, clear the map of points of interest, convert currency in Novigrad at Vivaldi's bank (the main currency is crowns, not florens or orens) and anything you kill you can sell off their crappy equipment for a bit. You'll get more if you sell to the right person - swords to swordsmiths and armour to armourers.
