I snagged it from GMG for this price. No issues.

I also ran into the sword issue today fighting a bunch of ghouls. He would just stand there with fists and I didn't realize because I was getting away from a crowd of enemies, until I went to attack one. I've also had the stuck in combat mode issue too but that was before this patch.I had out of combat bug where you are still in combat even after killing the monster for the quest,in my case was a leshan and I could not loot his body or anything(was still in combat mode with no mobs around) ,I had to reload a previous save and kill him again.
Horse AI with Roach could be better, had him get stuck at fence or trees when you whistle for him to come, still got the card bug with Marquis Serenity so how can that be fixed in patch 1.05 when its still bugged out?
Also sometimes Geralt won't get his weapon out, just stands there with his fists up against monsters, even hitting "2" key for silver sword does not help in that situation.
I had a nasty quest bug withStability still excellent, solid for me as usual.rescuing dandelion ,the hidden trap door to rescue him would not open with key,I had to reload that about five times and eventually it let me select the hidden door for opening,
These bugs need to be fixed soon as possible.
One thing I'm starting to wonder about, especially if NG+ is for real... there are about 70 skills in the game, right? And even if you put points in them, they don't have any effect unless slotted, right? But we only have 12 slots. How does character progression work after about level 28 or whenever the final slot unlocks?
So does the Kaer Morhen armor ever upgrade more than once?
Also do the starting witcher swords ever upgrade?
Yes. AMD released a fix for Crossfire stuttering caused by their Crossfire enabling driver... Disable Crossfire.Anyone know how to get rid of the flickering on CFX AMD cards?
Level 30 near 31, just over 70hrs, ignoring most of the question marks in Skellige. Honestly why did the devs put so many smuggler cache's in? I have $45K+ I don't need loot anymore. Going to focus and polish off the main quest now. Done virtually all the contracts I could find and the main secondary quests. Main quest seems rather bland compared to the previous 2. Battle of Kaer Morhen was excellent with echoes of Mass Effect but bits of the rest are meh. The whole finding Ciri part needed more colour.
I fell off the end of the world today. :/
I have managed to get to the boundary twice, first the one with "edge of the world" prompt in the starting area and in Velen at, how to put this without spoiling, a significant looking natural landmark. I was trying to climb a hill and while the terrain was cleverly designed to hide the invisible wall, there was still one spot where the invisible wall became obvious. However, the game did make up for that, it eventually "let me" find a path but then it's instakill once I take the path because I am going there too soon. I have visited every location in Velen without any story progress so I was basically begging to blocked off from locations that are clearly part of story progress. I was curious to see how they addressed this. So far, to keep the touristy type of players from breaking the game, the game guides progress with blocking off relevant locations with inv walls, gates that cannot be opened/barriers than cannot be broken without main story progress and "the edge of the world prompt.
I'm still in Velen. I have one notice board left to clear before I have to move the story forward. I have been working a lot recently but I've still played whenever I could.
It almost feels like relief that "foggy" map areas aren't accessible. I've been as patient as humanely possible, borderline extreme with my avoidance of story progress but if those areas were in, I would have given up on 100%ing the game.
BTW, don't install 1.05 over CineFx, game breaking lighting bug.
I've found the amount of content to be somewhat stifling honestly. I'm like level 19 and still have a lot of lower-level (12-14) side quests and witcher contracts, main quest says its about level 15, and I'm in Skellige and occasionally find level 25+ quests. I just find myself not knowing where to go or what to do, there's so many options I sometimes just stop lol.
Anybody in skillage had the bug with the druid,he has new quest available ie "!" above his head and on the map but you can't interact with him?..It's at the druid camp.
That's not the only reason why RPGs have numbers.Me too, but the kiddies simply must have their progression systems these days.
