You might want to check out the air and water cooled units made by SwiftTech. They have received some nice reviews. Both the air and water cooled units can be had with or without Peltiers.

I'm no expert but I'm building a water cooling setup right now. Since you don't want to spend time building it then your probably gonna wanna just use a reservoir/pump combo because closed loop can be more difficult to bleed/fill. I wouldn't get a kit though because they all have weaknesses. First thing is you don't wanna mix aluminium with copper cause you get the battery effect. So you wanna go all copper. There is stuff you can put it your water to fight the battery effect but why fight something you don't have to.

From Caseetc

Maze2 Block from Dangerden Its new so no review yet but the Maze got good reviews. Just look at it.

Cooling Cube Radiator also from Dangerden. You can see review links from the site.

Tube etc from you local hardware store and some water wetter.

You might want to try a pelt after you have played with the watercooling setup. Watercooling by itself will be better then any HSF.

Hey Nastimus, thanks a lot for the links! I think your right too, alot of the reviews I read keep saying that some kits have disadvantages. So maybe buying parts is a good idea... (just need to convince my mom it's worth doing at all. lol)

Well I guess it's just up to looking around and seeing what there is. I like the cooling cube, looks like a good design and will fit nicley on the bottom of my case with minimum cutting.

And ya peltiers seem like perhaps too much hassle (who wants to spend 50+ bucks for a new powersupply?, plus worry about condensation...)

I overclock my Slot1 P3-700E to 1Ghz using:80Watt peltier,2nd internal power supply,12v relay, copper water block, submersible pump/PVC reservoir, radiator, and a Pabst-8500N fan. hMonitorPro keeps my CPU temp at my chosen 17C +/- 1C using only my CPU thermister. Gave up on Gorbs, other HSFs,and watercooling alone. Now I can select any temp from -10C and on up and keep it within 1 Degree C. MarkAtTheZone
