Oh, so yea, he did commit a battery back in the '80's, but I think throwing him in jail at his age was pointless, he had not committed any other crime of any type and posting vids to you tube is what landed him for 5 years?, sounds a little harsh TBO, I thought the vid was funny and creepy.

If others can get 6 months for rape or only probation for killing four while drunk driving, then 5 years for posting gag Youtube videos is very harsh.

Yea, it is. Our legal system comes down to this in a nutshell, "how good of a lawyer can you afford"?. In the recent case of Led Zeppelin being sued by Spirit's guitar player's family it was clear who had the $$, Zep's lawyer was so good he had original recording of "Taurus" and "Stairway to heaven" not available to the jury, they had to listen to someone playing it from sheet music LOL. IMPO they did "borrow" the riff but did so much more with "Stairway" because Taurus was a 2.5 minute instrumental only. Also the jury was not allowed to hear of other legal issues Zep had run into and other lawsuits and settlements as well. They brought a box-cutter to a gun-fight LOL.
