Thought on HTPC?

I'm looking to build an HTPC and would like some input/opinions. Seems like this should handle HD content fine. I'm looking at building the smallest HTPC possible with the following components:

Motherboard: Gigabyte GA-H55N-USB3 - mini ITX
CPU: Intel Core™ i3-530
Memory: 4 GB
OS: Windows 7 64bit
Hard drive WD Caviar Black 1 TB Internal hard drive - 600 MBps - 7200 rpm
Disc Drive LiteOn iHOS104 - Blu Ray Burner

What would you change? Thoughts?

Any suggestions as far as small case would be greatly appreciated too.

I'd suggest going with one of the new Sandy Bridge i3's. The price will be similar, but the performance, especially of the IGP, will be far better.

For the HDD, you probably don't want to go with a Caviar Black. You should either use an SSD like the Mushkin Callisto Deluxe 60GB or a 2.5" 7200RPM drive like the Samsung Spinpoint MP4 500GB.

Finally, for the case the Lian-Li Q07 is well-liked. It can take a normal ATX PSU, so something like the Earthwatts 380W would be more than sufficient.
