Piss on you. There are thousands more people deserving of an education than a university can accommodate. Affirmative action attempts to balance out race by population because of the bias that always exists for whites. Lots of qualified people don't get in now, and more whites than in the past, but all that do get in are fully qualified. No unqualified black gets in over a qualified white.

Why do you ignore Asians, who are harmed the most by AA. Poor southeast asians being denied over a rich african american, seems a bit unfair.
Hitler declared Japanese to be honorary Aryans. Since it is impossible to tell Asians apart liberals naturally extended that status to all Asians

My people came to this country with nothing, nearly all of them in deep poverty escaping a war torn country. Most with little or no education due to the war, now 30 years later we doing very well.
Now around 45% of us ages 25 to 34 have a Bachelors or higher degree, compared to 39% for Non-Hispanic whites, and 20% for African Americans. Childhood poverty is 15% for us compared to 20% for the general population.
In 30 years we went from having over 50% poverty rate, with less than 5% college education to better than Non-Hispanic whites and many areas. This was done without the help of Affirmative Action.
South Africa did the same with Apartheid. East Asians were A'ok in their book while at the same time Black people were pushed to the back of the bus. Removing AA will do the same thing - Asians will get a boost at the expense of African Americans, and thats the problem with removing AA, it just hampers the African American community with less opportunities.
You don't know what was done without the help of AA. You are speaking for yourself, not every one of your "people".
You don't know the circumstances of every single Asian in this country either, sorry..but California is not most of the United States.
No I am not speaking for my self. The fact is after AA was banned admission rates to colleges increased for my people. Almost no college includes Asian in AA.

Almost no college in the country or just California? You are basing your opinion of AA off of one state and off of one section of the Asian population. You obviously don't know anything about Asians outside of California.
No I am not basing it off one section of Asian population, I basing it off all sections, and Asians do not benefit from AA outside of California either. To claim so, shows you know little about Asians.

We must do more to ensure that every student's experience is accurately reflected.
Okay, so let me get this clear... there are no Asians in the United States that benefit from Affirmative Action?
