Just watched it before or after Timescape.
No, not nearly as good, even though Patricks acting was great, and the story was solid, the hideously shitty acting from his costars in that episode pretty much ruined the whole damn thing.

When TNG was still being produced and new episodes were comming out I was 12 years old or so, so I don't remember what episodes came out when. I know they have some good episodes with some creepy factor, were these really released around halloween time?

One of the best such episodes is the one where the crew begin to devolve!!
