Timescape: Best TNG episode ever!

My vote would be for Darmok, but Best of Both Worlds also rocked. All Good Things was a really good finisher for the series, and the ending sums up Roddenberry's philosophy quite well.

I'm just glad no one said Parallels yet - ugh...what a terrible and badly written episode.

Incorrect. However, I would have accepted Darmok or The Inner Light. (I actually really do like Timescape, too, though)

The Inner Light was just incredible. Definitely my favorite episode.

He just kept talking and talking in one long incredibly unbroken sentence moving from topic to topic so that no one had a chance to interrupt it was really quit hypnotic.

When TNG was still being produced and new episodes were comming out I was 12 years old or so, so I don't remember what episodes came out when. I know they have some good episodes with some creepy factor, were these really released around halloween time?

One of the best such episodes is the one where the crew begin to devolve!!

not entirely sure but I assume so. The episodes in question have the air date on them but i'm too lazy to go look heheh

After that, I'd probably go with Best of Both Worlds, Yesterday's Enterprise, maybe All Good Things. Q Who probably goes up there too.

I did always like Timescape a lot too, though. I might put it on the next tier, along with Cause and Effect, Relics, Chain of Command, etc.

ep where riker worf and data go to casino in season 2 is 2nd best.

I actually really like that one as a stand-alone as well. It has a very different feel to it.

any of the episodes that had a creepy undertone my fav's (the halloween specials)

nightmare ones are my favorite


2nd favs, anything to do with holodeck sherlock holmes reenacting

I like the one where they're stuck in that rift and they can't sleep except for Troi who has nightmares.
