TOCA 3 with Logitech MOMO wheel

Does anyone have a Logitech MOMO Racing Force steering wheel and have successfully used it in TOCA 3?

My wheel works great with Live For Speed. When the wheel is powered on it remains stiff, but once Live For Speed opens up the second light on the wheel comes on and it loosens up so you can steer it.

With TOCA 3 however, when the game opens the second light doesn't come on on the wheel, and the wheel never loosens up... so I can't use it.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

No one has this wheel and this game? Or any other game that has caused a similar problem?

Better yet... does someone have this wheel and this game and have it working properly?
