2 investigators came by and questioned me. They had a printout of the ATOT thread. They said they have reported it to the city attorney's office and humane society.

The city attorney's office has better things to do as per it wasn't cruel or torture. The human society can't do alot either, they may make life annoying for awhile.

Not sure if I agree with inhumane, mabye inskunkmane j/k , while I agree that he could have made better decisions if he was going to kill it there were alot of worse ways he could have gone about it if he was really trying to kill it.

BTW Armenk let us know if any legal action is taken against you. Also, all armenk has to do is say the skunk could've been alive after it was in the pool. It's not like he was responsible to check the skunk's pulse, for all he knows it could've walked away or another animal could've eaten it during the night.
