Tolkien-related User Names

I have seen several User Names here that are obvious references to J.R.R. Tolkien's works (like my own.) There is a Mithrandir2001, an Isildur, an Elledan.

Please post in this thread if your AnandTech User Name comes from Tolkien. I am interested to see how many others were inspired to name themselves after characters from LOTR, the Silmarillion, etc!

My original handle for BBSing back in the day was Mr. Underhill. I figured it was a good match.. Frodo was off on a journey who had to protect his identity, I was braving the new world of the BBS and I needed to protect my identity.

Man.. I miss those days. Things were so much simpler 7 years ago..

Yea, I wish I could be just plain mithrandir...the person who registered that name hasn't logged on since 3/2001.

BTW, if i could change mine it would probably be either Quickbeam, Faramir, or Rider of the Mark. Actually I'd settle for any Tolkien name. *begs mods to switch it *
