My Hyundai L90D+ arrived yesterday around 3:39pm and I got home around 6pm ish. When I got home, I went directly to my front door and there it was. Laying there in a box that said Hyundai L90D+ 19" TFT LCD monitor and I was a little disappointed in UPS just leaving it there. Anyways, I lugged my 17" Samsung 753DF off my desk and setup the LCD with ease compared to work and lifting of the CRT.
To my surprise when I turned it on, one stuck blue pixel :*(. So I tried having it a go with a DVD movie and that blue pixel was such a bother because it near the center of the screen. Gaming wasn't so bad, played a little bit of WoW and I kept thing something was over in the direction of the blue dot. Didn't notice it too much in BF2.
Now here comes the big problem for me, the fonts. There is like a glow around the letters. So I ask my friend and he told me that cleartype font was on so I turned it off and everything got aliased. I did some searching around here and people recondmended cleartype tuner, no luck there. I also did the color calibration, no luck also. Everywhere I read people said reading was so much better but I am having a hard time. I honestly don't know if its the LCD or me.
