Liberalism is a disease that puts itself and the establishment first, at the expense of the people. Conservatives are for the working class and for a smaller government that spends less and takes less from us. That is badly what we need right now. Trudeau's out of control spending and lack of thought on monetary policy and thinking the budget will balance itself is hurting all of us and the damage will be felt for generations. Harper was right when he said Trudeau will be a disaster for Canada. I didn't even like Harper at the time, but looking back he was a way better PM. I would love to think the conservatives can bring us back to good times, but I don't know if even they will be able to fix this mess. But they are the best choice out of the available candidates.

Problem is that Conservatives are largely the cause of these problems and their solutions will make things worse.Over the years things have degraded, at least here in Canada but I assume the states is similar as we have lot of similar issues and I see them all the time in both countries. Cost of living, crime, drugs, mass immigration... These are some of the more major issues and just scratch the surface. Cost of living and crime are probably the two biggest ones as they directly impact quality of life.
Conservatives want to stop all this madness and bring the country back to it's former glory. Imagine a family being able to survive on just one income in a nice house on a nice property that they own, not have to worry about being broken into or assaulted, and just living the dream while having tons of disposable income left over. That's what we want to go back to. But liberals don't want that because it's racist and nazi, or something.
Trump is doing lot of good right now such as mass deportations and eliminating gross waste in government. I don't understand why leftists like to pay taxes so much and see the money constantly wasted. There's even talk of eliminating income tax for anyone making under 150k once they balance the budget. Imagine having your pay cheque practically double overnight. I am jealous of Americans right now, because we're probably getting another liberal government after 10 years of it and cost of living, crime, immigration is all going to stay and keep going up. The liberals hardly even talk about those issues, they don't care. Even Carney's carbon tax stunt, it's nothing but a stunt. The tax is just being renamed. The conservatives have been calling for axing that forever, they could have done it any time, but they chose to do it before the election. They will keep copying conservative playbook items in order to get votes and people are too dumb to see through it. OR maybe not... we will have to wait for the election to find out but polls don't look good.
The Elon salute was a really dumb move by him and I can't deny that, what can I say he can do dumb stuff sometimes, and that was one of those times. I have not seen anything about him trying to deny the holocaust but I cannot agree with him on any of that either. Some people seem to think we were lied to about the history surrounding that, and even if that's was partially true it does not deny the fact that the holocaust was a horrible thing. Bottom line is not all right wing people think this way, so it's dumb to put everybody in the same group and I see this all the time. Like people are now saying anyone who owns a tesla is a nazi and setting their cars on fire or trying to run them off the road and encouraging others to do it. The left love violence and destruction of property and love to see people they don't agree with be in hardship.
At the end of the day, all the right want is to be left alone. That also means their pockets. We want lower taxes, and less government interfeerence in our lives. Seeing government waste and burocracy get dismantled from the inside is a step towards that.

On it's own, maybe it's not a big deal to many, but those restrictions are one of many instances of the government getting in people's way. We want to eliminate all of that.
