When did Jill Biden get a pardon?

I never said he pardoned Jill...

Mr. Biden’s action pardoned James B. Biden, his brother; Sara Jones Biden, James’s wife; Valerie Biden Owens, Mr. Biden’s sister; John T. Owens, Ms. Owens’s husband; and Francis W. Biden, Mr. Biden’s brother.

And of course Hunter Biden ...

Hey you made the blanket statement that the acceptance of a pardon is an admission of guilt.

I guess that the exception is if a Democrat grants a pardon huh.

The person has the option to decline it

Again. You have to have be convicted of a crime and accept a pardon until then it is nothing kind of like a get out jail card. You have it but don’t have to use it

You said "The Biden Family". Is she not a member of the Biden Family?

My biggest question is why would a blanket pardon be legal. The actual crime should be listed on the pardon itself. What if someone was found to have committed murder during the blanket period. Could the just whip out their pardon and be set free?

This preemptive pardon nonsense needs to ruled on by the court system for verification of its legality or not.

Wasn't intended to be all inclusive. Duh.

I think I cleared it up enough in my follow up post.

You are just being intentionally obtuse.

A blanket pardon was good enough for Nixon, good enough for anyone.

So IAW the Supreme Court they are guilty of "something".
Sounds like the whole thing is a gray area

Although the Supreme Court's opinion stated that a pardon carries "an imputation of guilt and acceptance of a confession of it,"[2] this was part of the Court's dictum for the case.[4] Whether the acceptance of a pardon constitutes an admission of guilt by the recipient is disputed. In Lorance v. Commandant, USDB (2021) the 10th Circuit Court of Appeals ruled that "there is no confession and Lorance does not otherwise lose his right to petition for habeas corpus relief for his court-martial conviction and sentence. The case was remanded for further action not inconsistent with the court’s opinion."[5]

This is such a stupid thing to quibble over anyways, just another distraction. Biden preemptively pardoned his family members, Fauci, etc... because Trump is vindictive and he already said he was going to go after them. That's the reason for the pardons, not because they actually committed crimes. The J6 rioters ACTUALLY committed crimes and we have evidence to prove as much.

Well I disagree. A pardon should be specific as to dates and the specific offense(s) charged.

What Biden did was purely political and nothing else.
Biden did it to save his family from Trump. Which family member committed crimes against the United States? What was the crime?

J6 people attacked the United States. If a Democrat pardoned Khalid Sheik Mohhamed you would be apoplectic even though KSM didn't actively participate in 9/11

Part of it I'm sure is that Fauci gets hidden money from big pharma, that's not a good look. Other than that, I don't know what the issues are.

My point is that since accepting a pardon is apparently an admission of guilt, what did Fauci do? Why does he need a pardon?
So which opinions of yours need to be adjudicated in a court of law before you can make up your mind and which ones can you just pull out of your ass without evidence? I just want to know if there is any rhyme or reason to how your brain cobbles together neurons into some form of consciousness.

What are your thoughts on Trump's blanket pardon of J6 insurrectionists?

And when trump said "go after my enemies" it was not even political it was personal.
