My biggest question is why would a blanket pardon be legal. The actual crime should be listed on the pardon itself. What if someone was found to have committed murder during the blanket period. Could the just whip out their pardon and be set free?

This is such a stupid thing to quibble over anyways, just another distraction. Biden preemptively pardoned his family members, Fauci, etc... because Trump is vindictive and he already said he was going to go after them.
