i dunno how to say it all in english... but i like the way my mom and dad make noodles, eggplant, brocolli, spinach, tofu, potstickers, etc. one of my favorites is probably where they take slices of eggplant, splice the middle, stuff ground meat in them, dip them in batter, then fry them until the eggplant is all soft this really has to be done exactly right for it to be good though.
