Two motherboards selection...

Hi,
I have to make selection of these two mobos:
MSI k9n Ultra/Platinum or
ABIT KN9-ULTRA NVIDIA MCP55-Ultra?

What do you think of these two mobos?
And do u have any sugestion for up to $130 mobo?
And I am not looking for SLI, but if it is OK with the price that`s OK.

I have A64 x2 4000+ AM2
eVGA 7600gt ko
Corsair TWIN2X1024A-6400 1GB Kit DDR2-800 XMS2-6400
80 GB Maxtor HDD
and all the usuall stuff

I am looking for decent overclocking? Something, to push my athlon up to 2.5 - 2.6 GHz?

But between those two I would go with the ABIT.
