-2 x UltraDMA 100/66/33
-2 x Serial ATA, RAID 0,1 function
Promise 20378 RAID controller:
-1 x UltraDMA 133 support two hard drives
-2 x Serial ATA
-RAID 0, RAID 1, RAID 0+1, Multiple RAID

Is it the same, sorry for the nub question but i just droped down from SATA, to avoy future problems, was this the right thing to do?

No speed difference between ATA/100 and 133. You're fine.

(And ATA/133 drives can all also run at 100, 66, 33, so you're fine.)

Yes, and 100 & 133 both use the same 40 pin / 80 wire IDE cable.
