Nah, don't bother taking the pics down. They're far from the worst I've seen. Imagine a picture taken of a deer right next to the gut pile with a lot of snow on the ground.

Ever see the conditions your typical for-meat animal is raised in? Killing and eating something that lived in the wild is relatively "more moral" in the grand scheme of things.

I also find it funny that people think hunting is inhuman, an activity that man has done for thousands of years.

I follow the team a bit.. I listen to some of the games on the radio, but rarely attend any. This is definitely a "rebuilding" year. Their recruitment got hammered because of the ineligible player scandal.

Yeah, that whole episode was pretty stupid. Hopefully they have things straightened around.

Great job RIP,especially if it's really your first go round.70 yards is pretty good for most of us with open sights and a clean kill w/ the first shot.
WHAT THE HELL is wrong with road kill?HELL, I and many of the people I know look for them in the winter time on roads we all travel often enough to know it's still fresh. If I see someone hit one, I stop and get it if they don't. It"s also a good selling point to get your friends to give up some sausage and ground for chili if they have a road kill in their freezer when you are out. I live in the city now, but when I lived in Millersport, Ohio, we used to drive old beater winter cars when we cruised just so we could hit a deer if we got the chance, even if it meant going in the ditch to get it.
GREAT EATIN' !!!!!!!!!!!!!! Especially if it's free or you shoot it yourself.

 

Bah, i wouldnt brag if i were using a shotgun. Now with a bow, thats a different story....
