Sorry guys, it's been a hell of a day, I should have updated sooner.

As soon as I walked in the door this morning my boss called my into his office and handed me my pink slip, but gave me until five to clean out my cube. The rest of the office decided to take me out for a goodbye lunch and SURPRISE, SUNDAES!! But the surprise was on me. First they tied me down, then slathered me with ice-cream, then my boss walked through the door and bit my face clean off.

After I got out of the ER with 72 stitches, my boss must've felt a bit guilty because he gave me a ride back to the office, complimenting me on having the stones to do the right thing and gave me a promotion on the spot. He also said he'd pass along the details to the right people, but 30 minutes later I saw him heading towards the shredder with a stack of papers.

I spent the rest of the afternoon and evening moving into my new office.

Now that was a sticky situation!
