upgrade help

i have a p3 450 on a abit bx6-2 with 128mb pc66 ram and a xentor tnt2ultra. i want to upgrade this to a amd 1.2ghz, with 256mb pc133 ram.

i'm not sure on what mobo to get.. some of the one's i am looking at are:
MSI K7T TURBO
ABIT KT7A
ASUS A7V133

also.. i am looking at getting a new video card, some of the one's i'm looking at are:
MSI StarForce 831
Hercules 3D Prophet II MX
Cardexpert GeForce2 MX

i want to know whats a good mobo to get and whats the best video card to get in the 100-150 price range. the video card will be for q3 and i'm not looking at getting a mobo with raid.

I highly reccomend getting DDR for a CPU at that speed. Ram will cost you the same price but you'll have to pay about $20 more for a good DDR motherboard.
