upgrade worth it at this point?

hey fellas. Currently these are my system specs :

AMD xp2500 barton @ 2.36 ghz (11.5 x 205) - not a mobile
OCZ pc3200 256x2 (2-3-2-5)
DFI Ultra Infinity
Radeon 9800np @ 360/720
Antec Trueblue 480watt psu

Right now i'm planning on building a top--of-the-line watercooling setup. So basically my question is, which part would you recommend upgrading? Was considering a mobile xp 2600 or something, so that i could reach 2.8 ghz; but is it really worth the 90 bucks for that? Was also thinking of either ocz platinum rev. 2 pc3200 (1 stick of 512) 2-2-2-5 or nvidia 6600gt card. I keep going back and forth on the parts. What do you think would be best?

My honest opinion is that your system is fine for now. Sounds like you just want to build for the fun of building, which is cool. If you really want to save money though, your system is pretty fast as it is. You won't get much real-world efffect I don't believe from an upgrade to those newer parts. BUT, sometimes it's not what you NEED, it's what you WANT... i.e., it's your call. That's my opinion anyway.
