UPS SUCKS BIG TIME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

IT is supposed to get to chicago today, but instead now it is in GA after being in CACH, IL for two days!!! F*CK them!!! I want to sue them!!!!!!!!!!!!!! This happened to me once on Valentine's day!!!! aND ALSO happened to my friends too!! F*ck them!!!

ANY SUGGESTIONS ON HOW TO SUE THEM IS VERY MUCH APPRECIATED!!!!

Get in your car and spend the time and gas to go pick it up yourself. Maybe, just maybe, you'll get it sooner.

IT will not be cost effective to go to court.

However, if the item had a paid for delivery date (2nd day, etc) you may get the shipping refunded.

If you can show via tracking that it was misrouted/mishandled for more than one day, then try to get shipping costs back also.

If it was lost for only one day before correction you really can not gripe about it to loudly.

I'm waiting for a package from UPS also. I ordered it last friday. It started at PALATINE, IL US, then it went to ADDISON, IL US, then it went back to PALATINE, IL US, it is now currently in ADDISON, IL US and i'm still waiting for them to send it out of the freaking state of illinois.

The way you sue them is to get a lawyer for 100bucks an hour and let him do the work.

Just got a priority mail envelope that took 16 calendar days to reach my place. Normally takes 3-4 days from the location it was mailed at. Longest ever before that was 7 days and that was during Christmas. Definite mail slowdowns going on, at least with USPS.

OMG a large corporation that handles MILLIONS of packages EVERY DAY misplaced one?

Come on now UPS has made one mistake on all the packages I have ordered. I Have had bad experences with USPS and fedex. Yes mistakes happen. So you are going to SUE? What exactly are your losses?

Can I sue you for wastinfg my time with this post?
