Hello, I am helping someone at our work with her computer.
The problem is that when the computer starts the "Client for Microsoft
Networks" login dialog does not load up, instead it goes to another dialog
that just has a user/pass (I think this is for profiles... it usually does
not load)
I have checked under network properties, and the Client for Microsoft
Networks is the primary one. I selected the windows login, restarted, then
when got back up selected client for ms networks, restarted, and then the
correct dialog with user/pass/domain came up.
Problem solved, right? No. When we shutdown -> turned on to test if it
would work on Tuesday, it happened again. I removed TCP/IP, client for ms
networks, etc, etc, everything restarted, and tried again, still nothing.
I tried this
http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=KB;EN-US;q141858&
What can I Do to fix this? I need to get it fixed by the end of the day as
this is my last day working at this job ( I will be returning probably, but
would like to leave on a good note)
Thanks for your help!
