Hi,
On a professional job board, the moderator of a group discussion booted me from the group stating that my board profile generated a malware flag in her scanner, and stated it was probably the profile picture.
I have scanned the url of my profile with several online scanners; right-clicked, downloaded, and scanned the profile picture (clean!); and checked the original file used for the picture upload (clean). Otherwise my profile is a simple html page generated by the job site, not me.
I confess I suspect the woman was getting miffed at the fact that my posts in "her" group were getting a lot of positive feedback, and suspect from her posting so far that she created the group to promote herself (lots of her threads consist of "see how I answered this issue" with a link to some blog comment on another site), but since the group title was interesting, many have joined and are politely ignoring her.
Anyway, I want to be 100% sure she is not right and be able to call her on it, perhaps complain to the job board.
Do you have an url scanner you swear by?
Thanks.
