USB 2.0 Card problems

I have a COMPUSA 5 port USB 2.0 PCI Card.
When I plug it into a m/c w/ Soyo Dragon Plus, it wont POST.
When I plug it into a m/c w/ Epox 8KHA, it wont POST.

Both these machines have the same case/ (300W) power supply.

What could the problem be?
Not enuf power?

Try disabling the USB 1 ports on the motherboards. If you have XP, you need to have SP1 installed or it will not see USB 2 without first installing USB 2 drivers.
