USB FINGERPRINT READER Microsoft(digital persona)

I was wondering if anyone is familiar with microsofts USB fingerprint reader, I am trying to find plugins/software that is compatible with firefox and possibly aim.

My gf has that and as far as I know there is only one FF plugin at this point. But last time I checked it was only in French and did not work anyway.

No clue about the AIM one neither of us use it.
