Looks like Burke is looking for a right winger.......... seems like we are shallow at right wing at the moment because:

Trent Klatt is still suffering from that pubic bone inflammation

Tyler Bouck has a serious knee injury (he's from the manitoba moose)

Herbert Vasiljevs has a knee injury

Harold Druken had a season ending shoulder injury

That leaves us with Jarkko Ruutu and a possible conversion of Jason Strudwick from D-man to Right Wing?

What do you think Burke will do? WIll he get a rent a player (seeing that Klatt still has one year on his contract) or do we go fishing for a more permanent & costly solution?

I think that Burke will get a rent a player.......... cheap & someone we don't have to give up a lot for.

This is getting ridiculous. I wanted to watch the Dallas, LA game last night, but it wasn't on. I have flipped through channels all this week in hope of finding ice hockey and can only get stupid college and NBA basketball. Don't people realize that hockey actually requires athletes and not overgrown, hot-headed wannabes? At least put some European football on the air, if nothing else.

Looking at the schedule we have:

Mar. 12 - at Nashville, 8:00 pm Gonna be a tough game but I think we can beat them
Mar. 14 - at Columbus, 7:00 pm We should beat them but we have a tendancy to lose to sub-500 teams
Mar. 16 - at Atlanta, 7:00 pm We gotta beat these dudes
Mar. 17 - at New Jersey, 7:30 pm Going to be a very tough game
Mar. 19 - at NY Rangers, 7:00 pm Another tough one
Mar. 24 - Edmonton, 10:00 pm Edmonton always plays us tough but I think we can beat them (Salo having trouble)
Mar. 26 - Los Angeles, 10:00 pm LA seems to have our number for the past couple years
Mar. 28 - Columbus, 10:00 pm same as above

I think we can take 5 out of the next 8........... we need more though
