Depends...I had the option of having them go through my insurance where the total cost would be $1500 or so and I had to met my deductible, blahblahblah...or do a cash payment directly to them for $700 to have an experienced urologist do it, or $500 to let an intern/resident or whatever they are do it...

I've heard some do that...no luck for me...I had two nurses plus the urologist, the nurses were cracking jokes while they shaved my balls and the one holding the nitrous mask on my face kept stroking my ear while the doc was working
