And in your heart do you really beleive that if obama has been able to get Scalia's replacement named to the supreme court that he would not have gone after the 2nd amendment? If you have ever read the 2nd amendment there is not much to it. Our ability to own the firearms that we want is a result of interpretations by the supreme court of what the founding fathers intended. Lot of 5-4 pro 2nd amendment decisions. It could have very easily swung the other way.

But what we really need is a constitutional commandment that insures the rights of plants to grow on the moon. Not sure what that amendment is but it's got to be one of them. This a vital right because we can't breath in a vacuum and need the moon to have air. Without that life liberty and happiness on the moon would be impossible. Of course, this will require all imported guns to moon colonies will have to have their range finders reworked or we'll wind up shooting over our the moon government soldiers' heads.

Do those countries you mention have a DEA that goes after illegal drugs in the same manner? Look at japan and the Yakuza. totally different dynamic.
