Do those countries you mention have a DEA that goes after illegal drugs in the same manner? Look at japan and the Yakuza. totally different dynamic. Here in the U.S. we had the democrats war on poverty that destroyed the black inner city community. Can you find any similar actions in those countries you listed? Are you certain there is no violenve associated with the drug trade in Europe?

Very convenient. I am sure Maduro is a billionaire... and he can buy loyalty. His 400,000 newly minted militia members will likely have frst dibs on any food. While the disarmed populace fights each other for scraps.

Just a lesson for you all. The 2nd amendment has nothing to do with hunting. The constitution was put in place to give the people power over the government.

Sure we have to put up with cheeto in the oval office..... but Neil Gorsuch will make sure our 2nd amendment rights are not messed with.

Your original title, "This is why leftists hate the 2nd amendment," is an inflammatory strawman better "argued" in your OP but misleading and unfit as a thread title. That said, carry on!

No way am I joining this cf, but I think you asked a valid question. As far as I know, her most overt mention of confiscation was:
“I don’t know enough details to tell you how we would do it or how it would work, but certainly the Australia example is worth looking at,” Clinton said at a New Hampshire town hall on Friday.

The Australian method was, of course, compulsory buy back.
