very odd peltlier question

if i turn my computer in a way so the heatsink is hanging down, away from the motherboard (take a desktop case, and flip it upside down) would condensation still form on the motherboard? oh and i have a peltlier between CPU and heatsink.

Yes, as long as the temperature of the TE is less than ambient, condensation will form.

Some of the worse and weirdest places condensation forms is on the chip itself when it gets too cold. Corroding pins and sockets full of water/ice and even backs of motherboards if the peltier is cooling very well. Dielectric grease, silicone and close cell foam are your peltier cooled systems best friend.....
