Video card reviews and opinions

Hey all, I'm in the process of building my new rig. Need some opinions and links to reviews on a card, looking to spend in the neighborhood of $200 to $250. Would like like a 9700 AIW but way out of my price range. Heard ATI is making a 9600 AIW anyone seen pricing or where to buy?

Gaming or non-gaming? Would a vid card + $51 Leadek Winfast TV card also work for you? (Search Hot Deals "leadtek" for a 500-post htread on this card).

I'd stay away from tom's hardware for reviews. Some of their benchmarks seems way off, and I don't agree with some of their editors choices (picking that msi fx5600). Firingsquad.com recently did a preview of that 9600 aiw you were talking about, you might want to check that out. Check out some of those other links that dave listed too.
