Video Card Temp

I just received the VGA Silencer Rev 3 today and put it on my 9800 Pro. I got it because i have a case with poor ventilation that i just can't do much about right now, but i was scared that because of that the video card was running too hot and this was an easy enough solution. However, i have no clue how i can check to make sure that the temps are fine. Is there any kind of downloadable software that will provide temps inside the case of GPU, CPU, RAM and anything else that it's good to know how hot it is? Because of money, i'm not looking for a hardware solution, just looking for software.

ATITool - while you can't measure the temp directly on a 9800 pro without a hardware solution, this program will - amongst other things - check to make sure that you don't have any artefacts in the display (symptom of overheating) and find your max overclock. Once it's found the max oc, back it off 10% and you're away.

For CPU and mobo heat, either use BIOS or (better) download speedfan or motherboard monitor. These will also show the levels on the rails and the speed of the fans (if possible).

Finally, if your Silencer is like mine, it is like desperately in need of lapping. Could have grated cheese with mine it was so rough.
