Video Problem with Ti4400 and GTAIII

I just recently installed a Ti4400, and I reinstalled Windows 98SE just to make sure all my old drivers are gone. When I reinstalled GTA III, the screen you see just before the menu screen is all garbbled up. Sometimes in the game you see little glitches in the graphics.
My Specs are: AMD 1900+, 256meg RAM, DVD Rom, Geforce 4 Ti4400(with the most recent drivers installed), Win 98SE, Antec 350watt PS.
Do you think its the video card or a bug in the game? I can run Medal of Honor with no problems at all, also Serious Sam Second Encounter runs with no glitches at all. I didn't have this problem at all with my ATI Radeon 8500LE.

Try going back to an earlier driver version like the 27xx's or 26xx's if it doesn't work try it in someones elses PC and see if it still has the same problems - if it doesn't then its something about the way its set up on your PC - check it's not been overclocked by accident - hope i could help!

I have a Ti4200 and I always see that garbled screen. Re: glitches, I see places where the textures dont always align and sometimes you can see stuff that is supposed to be invisible (like the "actual" ground vs. the actual texture, or little boxes around the headlights). I just assumed that was normal.
