Video problems during gaming

I am having these same exact problems I have a 8800GT, E6300, Biostar P965PT,3GB Corsair XMS DDR2 800, Corsair 520w HX PSU, P180B.
My GPU idles at 43C and loads at 56c I have played many games with no problems but when I play 2 different games so far I get sound loop black screen and can to anything these games are SWG and Ntunes stability test. But when I play TF2,Gears of War, World in Conflict. I have no problems at all. Here is a screenshot.

I finally figured mine out. It was a confliction between my chipset drivers and my video drivers.
When I updated the latest nvidia video drivers for my card it started the problem, it didn't like my really outdated chipset drivers.

Updated the chipset drivers and it stopped the freezing and stopped the windows paging errors that made me thought my HDD was dieing.
