Okay, I'm running Win2K and I seem to be getting virtual Memory problems if I leave the computer on for long time (ie a couple of days).
I have 256MB of RAM, and 2 hard drives - master hdd is 20GB, slave is 17GB - I've put the page file on the slave drive. Minimum size at 256MB, Maximum size at 384MB.
When I go out to work I leave the PC on, it's working fine - I'll get home 10 hours or so later and I'll have a "Your system is low on virtual memory" error message on the screen. I dont run any screensavers (I turn the monitor off).
Am I missing something here? Is there problems with having the page file on a slave hdd?
Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
