virus problem -> display problems

I use Norton Antivirus 2004. Whenever I run a Virus Scan, I always have 23 infected files that cannot be deleted, quarentined, or fixed. They are just excluded. How can I get to those files? I think those are the causes of my recent display problems. I will send up a link with pictures of the problems soon. Help is appreciated, Thank you.

There are several viruses that cannot be gotten rid off since they are part of a windows service or some other program that is currently running. If you did not try it yet, boot up your computer in Safe Mode (press F8 as windows is starting and select the option) and then scan for viruses. That should get rid of most if not all of them. Then take note of the remianing viruses and check with Nortons website for removal tools.

Hey, thanks...it wasnt a virus...It was my graphx card. I just replaced it with something else...thanks
