hi, i have an acer aspire t180 (athlon 3500+, 2gb ram) running windows vista home basic. whenever i try to burn/format a cd or dvd, it causes windows to hang.
drive: atapi dvd w dh16w1p
software: cdburnerxp, explorer (drag-n-drop)
drivers seem okay, and reading is not a problem.
not sure what other info you guys need, so please let me know what else i can provide.
