Vista Ultimate X64 Retail?? Where?

I have Xeon 5160 cpu 64-bit and I want to take all the advantages of whatever 64-bit can offer. Only thing I know is fast speed advantage over 32 bit.

I hear that x64 comes with same x32 ultimate dvd retail, is this true? how does that work?

Since it's a retail version, can I install as mnay PCs I want? like XP Pro did? I want to confirm this otherwise I'm going for OEM...

You are not supposed to have it installed on more than one PC at a time, like XP. So, if you want to install on a second PC, you need to uninstall from the first PC first. Then, still, you may have to call Microsoft to get it activated, like XP.

Edit:
I hear volume licensing is different with Vista compared to XP. So, even for a volume license, where I think you did not have to activate with XP, you do with Vista.

edit: I am receiving mine tomorrow i will post back if i get screwed and it is not what they said it was, but they were on the official windows list of vendors.

The retail (not OEM) Ultimate box includes 2 DVDs. One is 32-bit, one is 64-bit.

As stated, one license is good for one machine, just like XP.
