Using really long cables, I hooked my desktop up to the TV in a different room. I have been using Real VNC to control my desktop with my laptop. My problem is that when videos start playing it bogs down my laptop because that's a lot of information to go over network. Is there any option in Real VNC or any other program out there that will simply just act as a mouse and keyboard for my desktop? I already have the images on my TV so I don't need them to come up on my laptop as well.
