Volvaco II or Taisol CGK-742092?

I am thinking about replacing a Chrom ORB on an overclocked Duron (650 @ 800MHz) so that I can push the multipler to 8.5x or 9.0x rather than the 8.0x I am at right now. However, I want something QUIET. Are either of the two coolers in the subject line (Volcano II or Tailsol CGK-742092) good options. I have read the reviews and they seem like they might be o.k., but I want feedback from others who use them regularly. Remember, quiet is good, but cool is too. FWIW, I am currently leaning towards the Taisol unit with either a Sunon 26CFM fan or a Sanyo Denki 19.1 CFM fan in place of the factory fan.

The taisol 60x10 mm delta fan is actually around 20-21CFM, so you'd probably be better off keeping that fan than channging it to a sanyo-denki..> the sanyo-denki may be a little bit quieter, though...

I would get the Taisol and leave the default fan on there. It cools well (official CFM is 21.16 BTW), and it's amazingly quiet, the only noise coming from my case now is the sound from the case fans, no more high-pitched Super Orb
