Okay, these are the only bugs I've encountered in the game.
Alt + Tab black screen of death.
What happens here is that as you are casting, or attacking or doing some other action and accidentally hit alt + tab, maybe because the action you were trying to do was Alt + 2 for whatever spell or attack that is, and then you are trying to hit tab to switch to the next target but for whatever reason, you screw up and end up casting and still hitting alt + tab. Well you alt tab out when this happens. Problem is, when you try to alt tab back in, the game won't load any textures. This usually in no way affects your system and you should be able to alt tab back out to kill the game.
SOME people have said that if they sit there long enough, like 10 to 15 minutes, the game finally reloads the screen. Guess that can work if you have 25+ minute queues for your server like mine. If not, it's faster to kill the game and get back in.
The best method to avoiding this is to not run the game in full screen mode. If run in window mode, there game never unloads the 3d it's doing and thus the textures stay in memory. So you can alt tab out and back in and never get the black screen, even if you do suffer a tiny, tiny performance hit.
Screwed up or see through textures.
As noted above, this comes from forcing AA and adaptive AA through your drivers. The game has no form of AA or AF so the only way to do this is with drivers forcing it. This does work, and the game looks better, but you get see through textures, particularly around your avatars face and head.
As stated, if you want to use AA or AF, the only way to do this is by disabling specular lightning as noted above.
Messed up party window
Here's a strange one. In this game you can be in a party OR a warband. A party consists of 6 players, and you'll have a party window below the picture of your character in the upper left corner by default. In the party window you can see the portraits of those in your party, their health bars, and their buff/debuff icons. However, if you convert to a warband or join a warband, you lose the party window. Instead you get a warband window which is a collection of up to 4 parties ie 24 players max grouped together. To accomodate 24 player warbands, the screen only shows a name and health percentage and class icon for each member in the warband.
The bug happens when you are in a warband, thus disabling the party window and then join an RVR Scenario (ie battleground for WoW rejects). Scenarios ONLY allow the party window, not the warband, but technically, while in an RVR scenario, you are also still in your warband AND the scenario party.
So what happens when both windows try to cancel each other out? You get no windows. Infact, it's odd because the buff icons will occasionally display for a second and then disappear.
Luckily, there is a work around by clicking on the Scenario Party button off the mini map. This will allow you to display specific scenario parties in a completely different set of window panes.
Now, the next part of the bug is really annoying though. If you leave and join scenarios sometimes, when you are leaving you would normally get your warband window back, but twice now I've had it not come back. Then I can't get ANY party window to display until I log out and back in.
Target is not in range bug
Many mobs in this game have both a range and melee attack. This bug happens because your client decides to "jump the gun" and animate a mob before it actually does the action. so, if you are melee character and running UP TO a mob using a range attack, it will sometimes show the mob taking 2 steps to meet you in melee range. The problem is, the mob never took those 2 steps on the server. So you swing your weapon a mob that is on your screen right in your avatars face, but to the server is a few steps still in front of you using range attacks. Thus you are out of range to hit the mob with your melee attacks and get the message when you swing.
The work around is to always over compensate right now. The game tries to reduce the appearance of lag by anticipating actions client side and doing those before they are actually done. The problem is, sometimes it anticipates wrong and you get this bug. Always take an extra step once you "think" you are melee range towards your target and you'll avoid this bug most of the time.
Sync issue with using skills
Related to the bug above, the client is trying to anticipate when an action is available. You send a signal to use a skill. The server receives the signal a second later, BUT your client already starts the reuse count down for the skill. The client will flash the skill is ready when it's not, thus you end up having to press the button multiple times to issue the next command to the server.
The work around is to wait and extra half to full second AFTER the client shows a skill is ready for use.
Icons above NPC's disappearing
Unfortunately this is a mem leak problem. The game starts dropping or losing things like icons, textures and even sounds. Why these? I can't tell you specifically without looking at the source code, but it does. The only way to fix this is to log out of the game and back in unfortunately.
Luckily, this takes awhile to do if you have a decent amount of ram. if you have 2GB+ it's usually around 5+ hours of continuous gaming with lots of zoning. If you have less ram then you'll notice this much sooner.
There are a few other bugs, but these are more of the major ones that can be deal breakers on the game for some people.
