Update: Finally got my refund from twogirlstrading.com. I also ask about other members orders.
I sent an e-mail concerning their handling of this whole dreamcast situation.
But please aware, I'm one of the more calmer people you had to deal with.
There are many people on the net who are quite unhappy with your service, the
most I would done is file a discrepency with with paypal and credit card
company. Other people i read on the want to file with charges with BB, IFTC,
and state of Flordia. Its $55.00 bucks and know you guys are honest business
that got behind, but try telling that to average online consumer who is use
to Amazon, etc...
Why don't you guys just send e-mail to back logged customers that shipping is
going to be delay instead of telling people it has been shipped, etc...and
I'm sure most people will understand. Whether you want to take my advice is
your pregorative, but word of mouth can destroy a business or make one.
Cause right now twogirlstrading.com isn't looking very good right now among
the newsboards. I wish you luck, and I hope everything works out for

Yes, I understand. Most people want the items at the backorder. A lot have ordered even when we did not have them, against our better judgment as we do not know when they will arrive. Please relay that it is our intent to get them all out and if anyone wants a refund, we are more than glad to do it. Life is too short, my grandfather died last week, and there are more important things to worry about

They are really back up with the dreamcast and other their other orders. As stated in their letter they do not know when another pallet of dreamcast will arrive.
