Okay, here is my update: I placed my order on Dec 28, 2001. They told me twice that is it shipped out. I requested once thru e-mail for politely for tracking number no response. I sent them an e-mail on 1/04, 1/11, 14, etc....I waited a week, and then I sent this letter out to them.
This is the second letter requesting a tracking number for supposely shipped
DreamCast. If I do not recieve the package by this Friday, Jan 19, 2002. I
will definetly file a complaint with Paypal and my credit card company. I
can understand that you guys have been back logged, but I placed my ordered
on the Dec 28, 2001, I think I've been patient enough. Or just credit
paypal account back what twogirlstrading charged me of $55.00.
and this is their response to me
You know what, I will refund you the $55.00 because I cannot be bothered by threats. My grandfather died last week and I was away all week so email me the PayPal request invoice and I will do that tomorrow
I responded with this letter back.
I'm apologize if you were "threaten" and I had no idea that your grandfather
had died. But please see it from the customer side, ordered a product on Dec
28, 2001, been promoise of shipment two Fridays ago by previous e-mails. Two
of your e-mails, you stated it was shipped out. So what is the customer
suppose to think, I check the web site, and it says you guys are back logged.
I called you guys once, and some nice lady stated to me it would be shipped
out, I accepetd it. A week later, no tracking number etc...if you take it as
threat then that is not good business practices..there was no mention on the
web site about death in family and all orders are on hold, etc..I'm doing
what any consumer would of done, I held my breath and waited, and thought I
was patient.

waited almost 3 weeks. I'm requesting a refund because you guys are back
logged, once again, I'm sorry about the death in family. I'm sorry this
transaction went bad, I was hoping I could recommend you guys.
I felt bad if this is true,
but from the post it seems they are just back logged. Cause why would would they give me a refund if they shipped it out already?
I guess I was too impatient, i wish everybody luck in getting their dreamcasts from them.
