Any recommendations on Free Servers???

windows xp pro

has built in one. known as IIS

install it from xp cd optional components or add/remove windows components

Edit: if you wanted to serve a website straight from your computer with an address u of course need the domain. if your IP isnt static u will need a dynamic IP host or client. Some routers have this function built in.

Do you mean a host or do you want to host it yourself? If the later than I recommend Apache.

Apache/PHP/Mysql very typical installation and it's all free.
