Weird dissapearing text in Microsoft Outlook

Something odd has been going on for a while now but, it seems to be getting worse. My computer will randomly not show text in lines of e-mail in microsoft outlook. It is very random, the missing text lasts for about a line or two then shows up again. If I highlight it I can sometimes see the text that is missing. If anyone has had any experience with this or knows how to fix it I would appreciate it greatly. Thanks.

I've been experiencing the same thing myself for a while now.

I don't think it's driver related since i've used about 6 different drivers over the last while and can't remember not having this problem. Are you using any custom font sizes in windows or outlook ?

I've upgraded outlook with all the office service packs and might be thinking it started occurring then. Have you done the same?

I'd be curious to hear what anyone else knows about this.

Ya, i've switched vid cards since it started also. I am not using a customized font in outlook, i havent specifically updated outlook either. I've run windows update so if that updated it then I have. I'm glad to hear someone else has the problem, its a huge pain in the ass.

I had a similar problem a while back, not sure if it will apply to yours, but try turning off advanced text services in Office. Hope it helps.
